Molecular Membrane Acid System

An acid additive that revolutionizes the mechanism of slowing acid-rock reactions by viscosity. It uses chemical bonds and electrostatic adsorption to reduce hydrogen ion contact with carbonates, slowing the reaction. This achieves low-viscosity, high-retardation acidizing at 1-3 mPa·s viscosity, matching 36 mPa·s gelled acid. It meets the needs of high retardation, deep penetration, and volumetric fracture acidizing at temperatures up to 180°C.

Application Cases

Low-viscosity acid successfully used in tight carbonate reservoirs achieved large-scale, high-volume fracturing with high drag reduction and deep penetration. With a drag reduction rate of 78 - 81%, a 125% increase in fracture length, and a post - fracturing production rate of 5.126×10⁵ m³/d, the production boost is remarkable.
