Integrated filling skid

Self-developed integrated filling skid. Modified fiber and structural stabilizer are mixed and dispersed through the integrated filling skid, then transported to the mixing tank of the sand mixing truck. After being fully mixed with the proppant, the mixture is pumped into the wellbore, enabling continuous operation.

CNPC Qiulin-Zhongtaishan Tight Gas Area

The team collaborated with CNPC Southwest Tight Gas Project Department from the exploration stage. Through three rounds of reservoir stimulation technology optimization, we established the primary fracturing method for this area, enabling a massive total production capacity of 5-billion-cubic-meter. The current average tested output per well has reached 50.4×10⁴m³.

Sinopec Shengli Shale Oil Area

The team jointly tackled key stimulation technologies and methods for shale oil, contributing to the establishment of the Shengli-Jiyang National Shale Oil Demonstration Zone. Following the FYP1 well's record-breaking daily output of 171 tons, the FY1HF well achieved a production rate of 237 tons per day through our proprietary High Efficiency Propping(HEP) technology.

CNPC Chuanqing Drilling Weiyuan Shale Gas Area

The team partnered with CNPC's Sichuan Shale Gas Project, engaging early, leading project design, executing operations with proprietary products and personnel, and conducting post-fracturing evaluations. This end-to-end support boosted EUR per well by 65.7% and cut the gas production cost to 0.95RMB per cubic meter, driving the large-scale, profitable development of the Weiyuan shale gas block.
