Acid Corrosion Inhibitors
During acid fracturing operations, the acid solution injected into the wellbore comes into contact with the metal surface, which is prone to causing corrosion of the metal pipeline. By adding an appropriate concentration of acidizing corrosion inhibitor, a dense protective film is formed by adsorption on the metal surface, isolating the contact between the acid solution and the metal and suppressing the electrochemical corrosion reaction. This can effectively prevent or slow down the corrosion of the acid solution on the metal material.
