Low Damage Friction Reducer

This product leverages Atom Transfer Radical Polymerization (ATRP) to produce a precision-engineered powder. Specially designed functional monomers are controllably integrated into the polymer chain, effectively suppressing molecular curling and resulting in low adsorption, low friction resistance, and strong sand-carrying performance.
In addition, hydration inhibition and control technology is applied, allowing water-soluble powder particles to remain stably dispersed in the aqueous phase and maintain a highly stable state. Upon solution preparation, the disruption of the hydration equilibrium triggers a rapid increase in viscosity.
The use of a non-oil phase solvent eliminates the risk of oil-water emulsification, effectively preventing formation damage caused by emulsion residues.
