Characteristics

This product is mainly composed of high-strength synthetic fibers that are resistant to chemical corrosion. Through a special surface treatment process, it has excellent temporary plugging performance. During the oil and gas extraction process, these fibers can effectively block the fractures, pores and leakage channels in the formation, thus optimizing the extraction process and improving the recovery efficiency.

Application

Temporary plugging and redirection in fracturing operations: Inject it into the fractured cracks. It can quickly block the crack openings, forcing the fracturing fluid to find new breaking points. In this way, it can increase the stimulated volume of the reservoir and boost the oil and gas production

Sand control operations: It can be used in combination with sand control materials such as gravel. It forms a three-dimensional network structure among the gravels, enhancing the stability of the gravel layer, effectively preventing the migration of formation sand, and prolonging the production cycle of the oil well

Plugging operations: Inject it rapidly into the loss zone. The fibers will entangle and accumulate with each other in the leakage channels, forming an effective plugging barrier to prevent the further loss of drilling fluid or other working fluids, ensuring the smooth progress of the operation
