FeSTAB™
During the acidizing operation, as the acid solution comes into contact with the steel surface, some iron ions will be formed and enter the formation. With the progress of the acid-rock reaction, the activity of the acid solution will gradually decrease, the pH value will increase, and free iron ions will precipitate in the form of Fe(OH)₃, causing secondary pollution. By adding an iron ion stabilizer to the acid solution, it can effectively complex the free iron ions to form stable iron ion complexes, avoid the generation of secondary precipitation, and improve the acidizing effect.
Product manual downloadThis product has a stable molecular structure and good high-temperature resistance. During the high-temperature aging process at 120℃, there is little change in its stabilizing ability
The acid solution prepared with this product is uniform, without phenomena such as delamination and precipitation. The product has good acid solubility, compatibility and fluidity
When used in the diverting acid and gelled acid solution systems, it has excellent compatibility with various additive products and will not have a significant impact on the performance of the acid solution
This product has good water solubility, no pungent odor, and is safe and convenient to use
