Thickener for Viscosity-variable Acid

IV-ACID™TK

Thickener for Viscosity-variable Acid

The drag reducer for integrated variable-viscosity acid has the characteristics of multi-liquid integration, delayed viscosity change, and on-line liquid preparation. By reducing the construction friction resistance, increasing the displacement, decreasing the acid-rock reaction rate, and realizing shunt redirection within the fractures, it can meet the requirements of deep, volumetric and three-dimensional acid fracturing stimulation for carbonate reservoirs at 200℃.

Characteristics

Good viscosity-variable performance: The viscosity can be adjusted from 3 to 200mPa·s, with low viscosity on the surface and high viscosity underground

High temperature resistance: It can meet the acid fracturing requirements of ultra-high temperature reservoirs at 200℃

Excellent drag reduction effect: The drag reduction rate is over 75%, which can effectively increase the construction displacement.

Deep penetration: It has strong non-uniform etching, and the conductivity is 50% higher than that of conventional acid

Low damage: The viscosity of the gel-breaking fluid is ≤9mPa·s, causing little damage to the reservoir

Convenient construction: It can be prepared and injected immediately, with on-line viscosity change, making the construction simpler
