Structural Stabilizer

HEPROP™STAB

Structural Stabilizer

The material of the structural stabilizer for fracturing is of the graphene type. Due to the polar interaction, the structural stabilizer for fracturing and the polymer attract each other. This enables the structural stabilizer to form a stable bridging structure between the fiber surface and the polymer, thus creating a relatively stable three-dimensional spatial network structure. This realizes the effective support for the proppant, significantly improves the conveying distance and placement height of the proppant, and thereby increases the effective supporting volume.

Characteristics

Using graphene-based materials

It has excellent compatibility with polymer fracturing fluids and guar gum fracturing fluids

It shows good dispersibility

Significantly increases the proppant placement volume: When prepared with 0.1% slick water (70/140 quartz sand, 10% sand ratio) and the dosage of 0.5% fiber and 0.5% fiber structural stabilizer product, compared with the blank sample without the fiber structural stabilizer, the proppant placement volume is increased by 60%

Greatly improves the prevention of fiber escape: When prepared with 0.1% slick water (70/140 quartz sand, 10% sand ratio) and the dosage of 0.5% fiber and 0.5% fiber structural stabilizer product, compared with the blank sample without the fiber structural stabilizer, the fiber escape prevention rate is increased by 70%

Application

For different types of oil and gas well fracturing
